The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management
The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management (CGSM) is an alliance dedicated to promoting the inclusion of African Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Native Americans in business. The Tepper School is a member.
Forté Foundation
Forté Foundation is a consortium dedicated to launching women into fulfilling, significant careers through access to business education, professional development, and a community of successful women. The Tepper School is a proud partner.
Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA)
Reaching Out MBA focuses on educating, inspiring, and connecting the student and alumni LGBTQ MBA and graduate communities in an ongoing effort to create the next generation of business leaders.
Military MBA
Military MBA provides MBA research and application assistance, professional development, and scholarships for the U.S. military. The Tepper School is a member.

Why did you choose the Tepper School?
I really saw that Tepper had many resources that I was looking for as I considered the future leader I wanted to be. With leadership coaching and certifications, global education opportunities, and an ability to learn how to combine analytics with empathetic and authentic leadership, Tepper was where I wanted to springboard my career. Beyond that, the mindset of your fellow classmates is full of people who are eager to learn and collaborate. At Tepper, I've felt incredibly supported in my career pursuits by my classmates as well as by the alumni, which really adds to the whole MBA experience.

Why did you choose the Tepper School?
Tepper excited me because I am a career switcher, and I wanted to feel confident working with computer programs, and I knew the curriculum was strong. I'm also trying to enter tech, and I was delighted to find a program that has so many classes focused on how to be a leader in tech.
