Tepper School OBT faculty members produce rigorous, high impact research in the fields of organizational behavior, strategy, management, psychology, sociology, and economics.

Our distinguished faculty edit top journals; hold leadership positions at prestigious academic, corporate, and social institutions; and have won numerous awards for their work. OBT faculty actively engage with the media, helping educate and shape public perception of behavior in organizations.

Current areas of active faculty research and teaching include conflict and negotiations, organizational learning and innovation, knowledge transfer, social networks, group processes and performance, gender and diversity, status and power, motivation and incentives, ethics, technology and behavior, organization design, entrepreneurship, and strategy.
